The latest data from the NYSE shows Margin Debt has made a new high once again as investors remain extremely
over leveraged. However so far it hasn't affected the market.
 Meanwhile in terms of real dollars
Margin Debt is still below the 2007 peak but not by much. Furthermore
Margin Debt has spiked above its 6 Month Moving Average (red line) much like we
saw in 2007 and 2000 (points A) which preceded tops. Thus we shall see
what happens the third time around.
