has dropped to 3.4% for the month of March. This is the lowest
Mutual Fund Cash Level since this data has been tracked by ICI.org going back
to the mid 1950's.
In the past when the Mutual Fund Cash Level has dropped below
4% this has eventually been followed by a significant top in the Dow such as
in the early 1970's, 2000 and in late 2007.
