20. In the past when the % of Bearish Investment advisors has dropped
below 20 this has signaled a nearing correction.
The chart below shows the Weekly % of Bearish Investment
Advisors versus the S&P 500 going back to 2000. As you can see when
the % of Bearish Investment Advisors has dropped below a reading of 20 (points
A) this has generally been followed either by a consolidation period (points B)
